The Brentano Quartet was one of the few pedigreed North American quartets that have not visited the Ladies Morning Musical Club. That was corrected on soggy Sunday, the first LMMC concert of the season, with a comfortable program of Mendelssohn, Britten and Brahms. Audience arrival was impeded by a gang of bicyclists who had taken over the mountain for
their annual high speed ceremony.
